Key Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day engineering and construction activities at site.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.

Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.

Track project progress, manpower, materials, and contractor performance.

Conduct site inspections and ensure timely closure of quality observations.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project MIS.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of relevant experience in residential construction/projects.

Positive knowledge of construction practices, drawings, site execution, and MS Office.

Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
