About the Role
We're looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs across the organization — from Training Needs Analysis to content creation and hands-on facilitation. This role requires someone comfortable engaging both white-collar and blue-collar employees in a manufacturing setup, in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through performance reviews, competency mapping, and manager feedback
Design and develop training content — manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules
Deliver engaging training sessions using case studies, role plays, and simulations — fluently in both Hindi and English
Manage end-to-end training logistics — scheduling, coordination, attendance, and record-keeping
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, and recommend improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align learning programs with business needs
Support employee development through coaching on skill-building and growth pathways

Requirements
Solid facilitation and instructional design skills, with experience training diverse audiences (white & blue collar)
Fluent in both Hindi and English — verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS and e-learning tools is a plus
Solid planning, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
