Experience:2+ Year to 5 years

Qualification:Graduate and above
Maintain customer information.
Client Retention
Greet persons entering organization, direct persons to correct destination
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Hygiene maintenance of the centre
Accounts & Appointments cross check
Maintenance of the centre requirements
Completing of the works given by organizing
Ṁanage all processes and staff at Clinic
Develop and enhance current processes and staffs’ skill set to improve customer care satisfaction.
Train the therapists for continuous improvement.
Induct recent staff and monitor their training.
Monitor revenue & expenses of the clinic
Positive communication and language skills. Fluency over at least 2 of 3 languages - Hindi, English, and other
Ability to organize, manage and lead a team of trained staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
