Social Media Management
Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Create and publish engaging content aligned with the brand's tone and objectives.
Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
Schedule posts across multiple social media channels.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and communication.

Content Creation
Create engaging Reels, posts, carousels, Stories, videos, and captions.
Develop creative content around study-abroad destinations, universities, scholarships, application processes, student tips, success stories, and educational trends.
Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and CTAs.
Adapt content according to the requirements of different social media platforms.
Work with designers, video editors, and internal teams to develop campaigns.

Trends & Audience Engagement
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, hashtags, and viral content.
Identify prospects to turn relevant trends into brand content.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions,



and audience interactions.
Respond to audience queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Understand the interests, concerns, and behavior of students and parents.

Analytics & Performance
Monitor social media performance and engagement.
Track metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, clicks, and leads.
Identify high- and low-performing content.
Prepare regular social media performance reports.
Use insights and analytics to improve future content and campaigns.

Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing, design, video, admissions, and counselling teams.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in creating campaigns for webinars, events, university partnerships, admissions, and student success stories.
Contribute creative ideas for improving brand visibility and engagement.
