Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor solar project site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure proper installation of solar modules, structures, cables, inverters, and other electrical components.
Monitor daily site progress, quality, safety, and work schedules.
Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager for timely completion of activities.
Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in solar projects/site execution.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and site execution.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
