Service Designer Intern

Join archintX and gain hands-on experience designing seamless end-to-end user and service experiences across an education and career platform.

What You’ll Work On
Research user needs, behaviors, expectations, and pain points across different service touchpoints.
Map end-to-end customer journeys, service processes, and user experiences.
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve existing services.
Create service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and experience flows.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and support teams.
Gather and analyze user feedback to recommend service improvements.
Help design and validate recent service concepts and workflows.
Document service processes, research findings, and improvement recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For Students interested in service design, UX/UI, user research, product design, and customer experience. Basic knowledge of design thinking or UX principles is a plus, but empathy, curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, and willingness to learn are most significant.

Your mission: Design seamless and meaningful service experiences that make every interaction with archintX simpler and more valuable.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chengalpattu District)
