: We are looking for a Solar Trainer to conduct technical and practical training in solar PV systems and installation.

Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training on solar PV systems.
Demonstrate solar panel installation, wiring, connections, testing, and maintenance.
Explain solar components such as panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical systems.
Provide hands-on guidance to learners during practical sessions.
Demonstrate the secure and correct use of tools and equipment.
Conduct troubleshooting and practical exercises.
Monitor learner performance and provide technical guidance.
Maintain attendance and basic training records.
Coordinate with the project team regarding training schedules and requirements.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical,



Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Practical experience in solar PV installation or electrical work.
Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and electrical systems.
Previous experience as a technical trainer will be an advantage.
Positive communication and practical demonstration skills.
Willingness to work at Chinchpada, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Work Location: Chinchpada, Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Pay: From ₹9,374.19 per month
