Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
Experience in commercial, retail, office, hospitality, or residential interior projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor manpower, material usage, and site progress.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, and architects for timely execution.
Conduct quality inspections and rectify any workmanship issues.




Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and budget.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of interior finishing works and fit-out execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction and interior drawings.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.
Willingness to travel and relocate based on project requirements.

Preferred
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Experience in turnkey interior contracting projects is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
