Lead solution architecture, system integration, and application design discussions.
Collaborate with business, product, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Ensure compliance with banking, payments, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills:
12+ years of IT experience with robust Banking/Cards domain expertise.
Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture and technical design.
Robust understanding of Payments, Cards, Core Banking, Digital Banking, or Lending platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience in Cards Issuing, Acquiring, Payment Switches, ISO 8583, Visa, Mastercard, or NPCI ecosystems.
