Review customer inquiries, specifications, and tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and proposals including scope of work, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and procurement teams to gather necessary data for proposal preparation.
Ensure all proposals are compliant with customer requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and compliance statements as required.
Support sales team during technical discussions, clarifications, and negotiations with customers.
Identify risks, assumptions, and exclusions in proposals and communicate them effectively.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends to provide competitive offers.
Track submitted proposals, follow up with customers, and provide feedback to management on success rates.
Continuously work on improving cost estimation and proposal templates for efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
