Job Summary:Responsible for software testing, documentation, customer coordination, and project tracking to ensure successful delivery of Tally-based solutions and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute test cases, report defects, and verify bug fixes.
Conduct regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare requirement documents, user manuals, SOPs, and release notes.
Coordinate with customers to gather requirements, feedback, and issue details.
Track project progress, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate between customers, developers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor project timelines, pending tasks, and deliverables.
Assist in software demonstrations, implementation,



and customer training when required.
Ensure smooth communication and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Manual Software Testing concepts and methodologies.
Understanding of TallyPrime/Tally ERP and business processes.
Solid documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
Basic project coordination and task-tracking abilities.
Valuable communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project-tracking tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
