Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software.
Solid understanding of materials, detailing, and execution processes.
Creative mindset with practical problem-solving ability.
Ability to independently handle client discussions and design presentations.
Positive coordination skills with project and execution teams.
Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and functional design.
