The candidate should have minimum 25 years of work experience preferably in a

ChloAlkali industry. He should have prior experience of being a Plant Head

Operations & Manufacturing
Lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure protected, reliable, and uninterrupted production.
Ensure achievement of production targets, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and asset utilization.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
Maintenance & Engineering
Direct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to maximize plant availability and reliability.
Oversee engineering functions and ensure optimum utilization of plant equipment and infrastructure.
Drive modernization, debottlenecking,



and technology upgradation initiatives

Safety, Health & Workplace (SHE)
Promote a robust safety culture across the complex.
Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability standards.
Drive initiatives for zero-accident performance and environmental protection
Knowledge of PSM implementation is preferred
ETP handlign and achieving norms within pollution board limits

Handling statutory authorities
Pollution boards
Factory inspector/DISH
Electrical inspector
Dealing with Power supply boards and transmission authorities
Explosive and poison licensing
Board reporting as and when needed
Gram sarpanch and municipal commissioner, etc.
