Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day operations at the coal testing site.
Plan and manage manpower deployment as per site requirements.
Oversee laboratory activities and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Coordinate with the client for smooth execution of testing and site activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the client and management.
Ensure proper documentation and records related to site and laboratory activities.
Address operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and client requirements.
Perform other job-related activities as assigned.

Essential Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in any discipline or MBA.
Experience: Relevant experience in coal testing / coal laboratory operations site is mandatory.
Solid manpower management, client coordination, reporting, and site management skills.
Willingness to work at the client site in Dhanbad.
