About the Role

We are looking for a strong Service & Technical Lead Manager who can take ownership of the company's existing service operations, site teams, client relationships and technical support to business development.

This is a leadership role, where the person will be responsible for planning, managing and improving service operations while building a solid technical and site team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete Service & O&M; function at Site.
Take overall responsibility for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, HPN Pump, plumbing works.
Manage multiple client sites, site teams, technicians, supervisors and vendors.
Ensure AMC/O&M;, preventive maintenance and breakdown services are delivered on time.
Build solid relationships with clients and identify additional service/project opportunities.
Visit sites to assess problems and provide practical technical solutions to client.
Lead site surveys, technical assessment, BOQ, scope preparation and proposal support for the sales team.
Guide the team for modification, upgradation, optimization and new installation projects.
Plan manpower, resources, record of materials and service schedules at Site.
Monitor team performance, service quality, project progress and client satisfaction.




Develop SOPs, reporting systems and preventive maintenance practices to improve operations.
Coordinate with management, clients, vendors and internal teams.
Take ownership of major technical issues from problem identification to final resolution.

Candidate Profile
5–12 years of practical experience in water/wastewater, STP/ETP/WTP/RO/UF/ Plumbing/Pump Industry water related infrastructure services.
Strong experience in O&M; / AMC / project execution / site management.
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
Strong client handling and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of pumps, piping, treatment systems and basic electrical/automation.
Experience in BOQ, estimation and technical proposal preparation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Willing to travel across Mumbai and nearby locations.
Practical experience and leadership ability are more important than academic qualification.

Pay: ₹569,961.61 - ₹852,802.85 per year
