We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects. The candidate will manage client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and guide technical teams to implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Manage multiple ServiceNow projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client requirements and SLAs.
Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants, and business analysts.
Drive project planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and project milestones.
Support pre-sales activities, solution design,
and estimations when required.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and implementation standards.
Mentor and guide ServiceNow delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules.
Experience managing large enterprise ServiceNow projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
Ability to manage distributed teams and multiple clients.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CIS / CAD) preferred.
Experience working with global clients and enterprise environments.
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.
