Position: Salvagnini P4 Machine Programmer cum Operator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Programming: Create, edit, and optimize bending programs using Salvagnini software (e.g., OPS, Stream) for various sheet metal components.
Operations: Set up and operate the Salvagnini P4 machine to perform precise bending operations according to technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
Efficiency: Monitor production flow, optimize cycle times, and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Safety: Maintain a clean and secure work setting, adhering to all company health and safety protocols.

Requirements:
Experience:



Proven experience in operating and programming Salvagnini P4 or similar automated panel bending machines.
Technical Skills: Robust ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints. Proficient in using CAD/CAM software related to sheet metal fabrication.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of sheet metal properties, bend allowances, and machine parameters.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Education: Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
