Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure site supervision during execution of projects, including measurement, layout, drawing, and quality control.
Conduct daily visits to ongoing project sites to supervise and ensure smooth execution of work.
Interpret layout and elevation plans accurately, and effectively communicate requirements to contractors and in office teams.
Coordinate closely with architects to address site-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within defined timelines.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of site activities, including work schedules, materials usage, and project costs.
Perform quality checks of materials at both warehouse and site locations to ensure compliance with standards.
