Valuable in Core Java (Java Collections, Concurrency, Multithreading, Exception handling, String handling, I/O)
Good knowledge of JSP/Servlets, RMI, EJB, Web Services, JMS and the rest of the Java EE stack.
Valuable in Component Design/ Coding/ Unit Testing/ Debugging / Code reviews/ Positive and Negative test case creation
Positive with Agile development methodology & Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Good problem solving and debugging skills.
Demonstrated creativity and intelligent thinking.
