Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee the day-to-day execution of architecture and interior projects. This is a full-time, in office role in Chandigarh.
The role involves coordinating contractors, vendors, and labour teams, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and executing work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision and construction execution.
Experience in architecture and interior projects.
Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishes, and site execution.
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple site teams.
Ability to monitor quality, timelines, and day-to-day site activities.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with projects in Chandigarh and the surrounding region is an advantage.
