Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Lead to drive technical direction, solution architecture, team leadership, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
7.5+ years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM experience
Strong understanding of software architecture & design patterns
Experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery
Ability to solve complex technical problems and design scalable solutions




Robust stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with performance, quality, and scalability optimization

Key Responsibilities
Act as an SME and provide technical leadership
Lead development and implementation of best practices
Drive architecture and technical decisions
Mentor team members and support their technical growth
Coordinate with multiple teams for seamless integration and delivery
Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of solutions

Education: 15 years of full time education required
