About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver enterprise-scale solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
Design event-driven systems using Kafka and messaging platforms for high-volume business workflows.
Architect secure document processing, workflow automation, and enterprise integration solutions.
Establish reusable frameworks, engineering standards, and CI/CD best practices.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, Prompt Engineering, and automation technologies.




Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural leadership across globally distributed projects.
Required Skills:
Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
Extensive experience with Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
Solid knowledge of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, and search technologies.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and driving large-scale software initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Railways, Utilities, Industrial IoT, or Smart Infrastructure domains.
Knowledge of high-volume PDF/document generation platforms.
Experience with AWS Kinesis, MindSphere, IoT platforms, and real-time telemetry systems.
Exposure to AI Automation, Agentic AI, MCP, Prompt Engin
