Job Title: Administration Cum Accountant

Location: Yerwada, Pune

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: -
Prepare and generate invoices accurately and on time.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain receivable records.
Prepare salary sheets and assist in monthly payroll processing.
Maintain Sales Register, Purchase Register, and Fixed Assets Register.
Update bank statements and perform bank reconciliations with proper transaction remarks.
Prepare and update weekly sales reports.
Generate multiple reports using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients for accounting-related matters.
Handle administrative tasks, including office record management and document filing.
Maintain vendor and customer databases.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.





Required Skills & Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Administration.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, XLOOKUP).
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Good understanding of bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Experience in handling accounts receivable and payable & Admin Work.
Familiarity with payroll processing.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Salary: -

₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills.)
