Full job description

We are looking for an experienced SEO r to own and execute our organic growth strategy. This role requires deep expertise across technical SEO, content strategy, off-page SEO, and analytics — with the ability to drive measurable impact on traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and manage a team of SEO executives and/or external agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SEO Strategy & Roadmap
Own quarterly/monthly SEO roadmaps aligned to revenue goals
Conduct competitor analysis, keyword clustering & topical authority mapping
Scale SEO across multiple pages, products, or domains

Technical SEO
Perform technical audits: crawl budget, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site architecture
Log file analysis, structured data, canonicalization, hreflang & JavaScript SEO
Collaborate with dev teams to implement SEO in sprints

Content Strategy

Conversion Rate Optimization
Run A/B tests on landing pages and CTAs for organic traffic
Use Hotjar / Clarity to identify friction in organic user journeys




Align SEO traffic strategy with conversion funnels and revenue goals

Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Execute multi-channel link acquisition: guest posting, digital PR, outreach
Evaluate link quality (DR, spam score, topical relevance, anchor text strategy)
Manage link velocity and maintain a clean, authoritative backlink profile

Analytics & Business Impact
Own KPIs: organic conversions, revenue contribution & ROI — not just traffic
Build SEO growth forecasts for quarterly planning and budget justification
Advanced use of GA4 (events, funnels), GSC (coverage, CWV), Ahrefs/SEMrush

Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and manage SEO executives and/or external agencies
Define team workflows, SOPs, and scalable SEO processes
Communicate strategy and results clearly to senior stakeholders

Continuous Improvement
Stay current on algorithm updates, SERP changes, and SGE developments
