Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Generate and qualify leads where applicable.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Update customer information in the CRM/database.
Maintain call records and daily activity reports.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.
Customer Service, Sales, BPO, or Call Center will be an advantage.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
