Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and performance testing
Develop robust automation scripts using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber (BDD)
Build and manage API automation frameworks using Rest Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools
Execute and maintain functional, regression, system, and integration test suites
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback cycles
Debug,



troubleshoot, and optimise automation scripts to improve stability and execution efficiency
Perform non-functional testing (performance, reliability, scalability) where applicable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded across the SDLC
Continuously enhance test coverage, frameworks, and testing strategies in an Agile workplace
Develop utilities, mocks, and reusable components to support automation frameworks
Assist in backend/service-level development using Java/Spring Boot
Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes
Support CI/CD pipeline enhancements and implement automated quality gates
