Plan and implement the nursing curriculum.
Prepare academic timetable and clinical postings.
Supervise teaching and clinical training.
Allocate duties and monitor faculty performance.
Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic progress.
Coordinate clinical training with hospitals.
Conduct and monitor internal assessments and examinations.
Maintain academic, faculty, and student records.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratories and equipment.
Organize seminars, workshops, and academic activities.
Promote research and career development.
Address student and faculty concerns.
Ensure compliance with nursing council and university requirements.
Maintain quality standards and prepare for inspections/accreditation.
Coordinate with the Principal, management, faculty, students, and clinical institutions.
Ensure overall smooth functioning of the nursing department.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
