About the Role:
This is an excellent chance for someone with solid Oracle Xstore expertise, Java development experience, and a solid understanding of retail point-of-sale systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solutions using Java, XML, SQL, and Oracle technologies.- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows best practices.Required Qualifications:




5+ years of hands-on experience developing Oracle Retail Xstore POS solutions.
Robust experience with Java, XML, SQL, and Oracle databases.- Solid understanding of retail POS workflows and store operations.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Retail Suite products.
Knowledge of retail enterprise architecture.
Experience with release management and deployment processes.
Exposure to cloud-based retail solutions is a plus.
