We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and performance management.
Coordinate payroll and other HR-related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.




Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR software.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
