Experience:
6 months to 3 years of experience in Land Development Projects

Responsibilities:
Civil 3D modeling for grading, roadway design, and pipe networks.
Prepare detailed drawing sheet sets including alignments, profiles, and cross-sections.
Work with surfaces, corridors, and utility networks.
Maintain high drafting standards and ensure project accuracy.
Lead and oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Perform cut/fill quantity takeoffs and grading analysis.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.:
MUST-HAVE: Proficiency in Civil 3D software or similar design tools.
Robust knowledge of USA client standards and experience working on US-based projects.

Skills:
Expertise in surfaces, utilities, corridors, plan/profiles, and cross-sections.
Solid understanding of grading and earthwork calculations.
Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality designs under deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team and client interactions.
