Roles and responsibilities
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to hit or exceed revenue targets.
Manage store budgets, and track profit margins.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
Analyze sales data and customer trends to implement local promotional strategies.
Create staff schedules to balance labor costs with adequate floor coverage.
Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and handle disciplinary actions.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
