Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to leads generated through marketing campaigns and online platforms.
Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Counsel clients regarding Student, Visitor, Dependent, Work, and Immigration visa options.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.

Requirements:
Previous experience in visa counselling, telecalling, sales, customer service, or education consulting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling phone calls and client consultations.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented workplace.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
