Role: US IT Recruiter - State Client Experience

Location: Remote

Are you a driven recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding the right talent at scale? We are looking for an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in State Government client hiring and high-volume recruitment environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions supporting US State Government clients
Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements and timelines- Handle high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and compliance standards- Ensure adherence to state-specific hiring guidelines, documentation, and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter




Proven experience working with State Government clients (mandatory)- Experience in high-volume hiring and rapid-paced delivery models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Dice, etc.)

Preferred Skills
Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
Knowledge of state hiring processes, rate cards, and compliance documentation
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities
