Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver product or service presentations when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).




Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in business development, sales, telesales, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
