About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the hospital's IT infrastructure and daily IT operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, and computer systems.
Administer SQL databases and ensure database performance, security, and backups.
Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, network security, and cybersecurity measures.
Coordinate with software vendors and third-party service providers.
Lead the IT support team and provide timely resolution of technical issues.
Implement preventive maintenance plans for IT infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
Maintain system documentation, inventory, and IT asset records.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Manager, IT Incharge, or IT Head.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Firewall Management, and Computer Networking is mandatory.




Experience in managing servers, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and IT security.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an added advantage.

Education:
Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)

Experience:
IT Manager / IT Incharge: Minimum 2 years (required)
