Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests professionally.
Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately.
Ensure timely serving and clearing of food and beverages.
Clear and clean tables after guest use.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, dining and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for guest orders.
Handle guest requests and provide prompt assistance.
Ensure proper handling and storage of restaurant equipment.
Maintain hygiene and grooming standards.
Assist during banquets, events and special functions.
Report guest complaints,



damages or shortages to the supervisor.
Follow hotel/resort food-safety and service standards.

Experience: 0–2 years in a hotel, resort, restaurant or catering industry. Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
