Job Purpose

The AI Automation Trainee will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI-powered automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and process accuracy across the organization. The role provides hands-on exposure to AI technologies, workflow automation, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and analyzing business processes suitable for automation.
Help collect, organize, and maintain data required for AI and automation projects.
Monitor automation performance and report issues or improvement opportunities.
Participate in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Support system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities.




Stay updated on emerging AI, automation, and digital technologies.
Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, databases, and digital tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is an advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn recent technologies and work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
