We are Hiring for

U.S Accounts Executive

Experience - 6 months to 1 year

Location - Mohali (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare journal entries and maintain financial records

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Process invoices, bills, and vendor payments

Assist in month-end closing activities Work on QuickBooks

Online and MS Excel Ensure accurate and timely accounting records

Requirements:
B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA, or equivalent 3 Months to 1 Year of experience in U.S. Accounting or a related accounting role

Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online and MS Excel

Valuable communication and analytical skills Immediate joiners will be preferred
