Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Steward to support the hotel’s kitchen and food & beverage operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper handling of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment.
Ensure the kitchen and service areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and support activities.
Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste properly.
Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work areas.
Support chefs and service staff whenever required.




Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Follow instructions from the Stewarding Supervisor / Executive Chef.

Skills & Qualifications
Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred.
Freshers can also be considered.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
