About the Internship

This internship is specially designed for students who wish to gain practical clinical exposure beyond classroom learning. It offers a structured, hands-on learning experience under the guidance of experienced therapeutic dieticians, helping students develop the skills required for clinical practice.

Roles and Responsibilities
Observe and assist senior dieticians during patient consultations.
Learn to assess patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, PCOD, thyroid disorders, obesity, hypertension, fatty liver, gastrointestinal disorders, and other lifestyle diseases.
Assist in preparing individualized therapeutic diet plans.




Learn macronutrient and micronutrient balancing for different medical conditions.
Understand the use of functional foods and therapeutic nutrition in disease management.
Participate in patient follow-ups and progress monitoring.
Maintain patient records and clinical documentation.
Attend case discussions, educational sessions, and practical demonstrations.
Complete structured learning modules and practical assignments.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and patient confidentiality throughout the internship.
