Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers politely.
Show customers to their table.
Provide the menu and take food/drink orders.
Serve food and beverages properly.
Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
Coordinate with the kitchen for customer orders.
Check customer needs and provide positive service.
Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
Clear tables after customers finish their meals.
Follow restaurant hygiene and safety rules.
