Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in German from a recognized university.
B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
CTET qualified (preferred).:
Certification/Diploma in German language (such as Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a TGT German in a recognized CBSE/ICSE school.

Skills Required:
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written German.
Robust knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and culture.
Ability to develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Proficiency in using smart boards and digital teaching tools.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and creative teaching practices.

Roles & Responsibilities




Teach German to middle school students as per the CBSE curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and activity-based language lessons.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, projects, and question papers.
Encourage students to develop confidence in speaking and understanding German.
Organize language enrichment activities, cultural events, and competitions.
Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and career development programmes.

Preferred
Experience teaching the CBSE curriculum.
Goethe-Zertifikat or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
