GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The colleague is responsible for:
Responsible for key administrative elements from scheduling interviews to driving process change
Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews
Schedule feedback session, attend, and post feedback data in ATS
Provide appropriate and timely follow-up.
Listen to inquiries and requests, respond professionally, consider customer's perspective, follow through on commitments, provide warm hand-offs when referring matters to others, and verify customer satisfaction when issues are transferred to others.
Rescheduling of interviews and procuring additional assessors as needed.
