US MortgageForeclosure Team Leader

Location: Bangalore

Type: Work From Office

Shift: Should be open to US hours (Night Shift)

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in US Mortgage Foreclosure processes and minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a Foreclosure process

Key Responsibilities:
Team management, internal QC, client management and process improvements
Review and analyze loan files to determine foreclosure eligibility.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., loan servicing, title, and legal) to initiate and progress foreclosure actions.
Prepare and submit foreclosure referrals to external attorneys/trustees.
Monitor and track foreclosure timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Communicate with attorneys and other stakeholders regarding foreclosure proceedings.
Review and verify foreclosure documents (e.g., notices, affidavits, and deeds).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in foreclosure software systems.
Identify and escalate potential issues or exceptions to management.




Collaborate with team members to achieve foreclosure goals and objectives.

Required skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in US mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, and minimum 2 years as a TL in a Foreclosure process.
Solid knowledge of US mortgage regulations (e.g., FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional).
Familiarity with foreclosure laws and procedures in multiple states.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience with foreclosure software systems.

Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage records, generate reports, and communicate effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
