Job purpose:
Core responsibilities:
Order Processing & Management
Manage full lifecycle of customer orders from intake through fulfillment, invoicing, and closure
Validate order completeness, pricing accuracy, and required approvals
Ensure timely and accurate order entry into NetSuite
Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery or billing

Contract Review & Compliance
Review customer contracts to ensure orders align with agreed terms and conditions
Interpret pricing structures, billing schedules, and service obligations
Partner with Legal and Sales to resolve discrepancies or contract ambiguities




Ensure adherence to company policies, revenue recognition standards, and audit requirements
Systems & Data Management
Maintain and leverage Salesforce CRM for order intake, pipeline visibility, and customer data accuracy
Utilize NetSuite ERP for order processing, invoicing, and financial tracking
Identify and implement process improvements within system workflows
Support system testing, enhancements, and data integrity initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution
Serve as a point of contact for order-related inquiries and escalations
Support revenue operations and forecasting through accurate order data
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Identify trends or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Lead or support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
