Key Responsibilities
Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis.
Support on-page SEO activities, including:
Meta titles and descriptions
Header tag optimization
URL optimization
Internal linking
Assist in publishing and optimizing website content.
Perform basic off-page SEO activities such as directory submissions, profile creation, and backlink research.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Conduct website audits and identify SEO improvement opportunities.
Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly SEO reports.
Stay updated with Google's latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with the content and web development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Familiarity with keyword research concepts.
Basic knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Understanding of search engines and ranking factors.
Valuable research and analytical skills.
Solid written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
Digital Marketing or SEO certification is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of WordPress or any CMS is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog is desirable but not mandatory.
