Production Manager - PET Bottle Flakes Plant

Location: Madhubani, Bihar
Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹75,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in PET Bottle Recycling / PET Flakes Manufacturing

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete production process of PET Bottle Flakes.
Supervise and optimize the operation of:
PET Bottle Sorting Line
Conveyor Systems
Label Remover
Grinder/Crusher
Hot & Cold Washing Lines
Friction Washers
Float-Sink Separation Tanks
Dewatering & Drying Systems
Boiler and Utility Systems
Ensure maximum machine uptime through preventive maintenance and coordination with the maintenance team.
Monitor production targets, machine performance, and daily output.
Maintain product quality as per customer specifications.
Plan manpower deployment and supervise production staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Minimize wastage and improve production efficiency.
Prepare daily production, maintenance, and inventory reports.




Coordinate with procurement, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth plant operations.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in PET Bottle Flakes manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of PET recycling machinery and plant operations.
Working knowledge of boilers, utilities, and industrial equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and machine breakdowns.
Leadership and team management skills.
Positive planning, reporting, and communication abilities.

Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related engineering field preferred.
