Store Associate

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve popcorn, cotton candy, and other food products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Operate popcorn machines and other store equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, kitchen, equipment, counters, storage areas, and customer service areas.
Process customer orders received through online delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely order dispatch and customer satisfaction.
Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with billing, order packing, labeling, and cash handling when required.
Follow company policies related to food safety, hygiene,



workplace discipline, and operational procedures.
Support promotional activities, product displays, and other store-related activities.
Work collaboratively with team members and managers to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management based on business requirements.
