Role Description:
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager / Manager - Institutional Sales (Medical) to promote our range of organic mother, baby, and kids care products to doctors, paediatricians, gynaecologists, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
Visit paediatricians, gynaecologists, doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals regularly.
Meet with the concerned Faculty & Business Heads of the institutions and introduce and explain our organic mother, baby, and kids care products.
Generate product awareness and achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop current customers.




Take regular feedback from doctors, retailers, and customers.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer databases.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
Participate in product launches, promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs.
Follow company policies and maintain skilled and ethical conduct at all times.
Experience in Tie-ups with the hospitals.
Good relations with the leading paediatricians, gynaecologists and institutions like Appollo Medics, Medanta, Max Hospital, etc. in the assigned territory(Lucknow).
Graduate in B.Sc., B.Pharm, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related qualifications.
Experience in medical sales, healthcare, pharma, baby care or wellness products is preferred.
Good knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel for field visits.
