Key Responsibilities
Supervise production activities for master controllers, contactors, panels, and related products.
Plan and monitor production schedules based on production orders.
Issue work orders and allocate resources efficiently.
Provide process engineering support and resolve production-related technical issues.
Monitor worker productivity and optimize manufacturing performance.
Maintain production records, incoming inspection reports, and final testing documentation.
Ensure preventive maintenance of manufacturing tools, fixtures, test equipment, and machinery.
Train and develop production personnel on manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to:
Safety
Quality
Delivery
Efficiency
Prepare Monthly MIS reports for management.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical)
or
Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering (BE Production)
Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in Production Management.
Hands-on experience in:
Production Techniques
Manufacturing Processes
Quality Management
Material Management
Team / Manpower Management
